I had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing, and the hotel was incredibly clean and peaceful—exactly the sanctuary I needed to clear my mind. The name Nova truly lives up to its meaning of a "new beginning," making it the perfect choice for anyone seeking a fresh start in a relaxing atmosphere. A huge thank you to the staff, who are hands-down the best; they provided a warm, welcoming check-in and were constantly attentive to my needs. I will definitely be back!
I got so lucky finding this place! The desk and all the staff went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I had a great stay! I can’t wait to be back and highly recommend a stay here. Only 20 mins from downtown San Fran and a few minutes from the airport!
Great locations!!! Close to rental car return and long term parking for SFO. And, conveniently across the street from Costco and Costco gas. Quick 10 minute, straight walk to long term parking, then jump on the tram to the airport. Rooms were clean, just dated. Very quiet. The breakfast was good, but nothing to get excited about. The service was phenomenal!
This hotel was great, from the location to the beautiful room and the AMAZING staff. We only had two days left and manager of the hotel was great he told us all the great places to go to. Every one was so nice the main guy that helped us was great I love him and he deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend.
Great place to stay, especially if you need long-term parking when flying out of SFO they don’t have a shuttle and Ubers can be expensive, but I found that you can take the hotel shuttle service at SFO back to best Western and it’s a short Walk across to the hotel nova relatively painless and much more cost-effective. The hotel was clean nice quiet I enjoyed their beds which were super comfortable. Our service was good. Nothing to complain about!
We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. It was a nice change from the large chain hotels. It had a European feel about it. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel has plenty of safe parking. The free breakfast was nice with the make your own waffles. Nice surprise.
When I arrived at the airport I had no idea where to go and Jamesh helped me with finding the place and saving money. He gave me recommendations on what to do, how to save money, and how to get around. He was so sweet and made my trip great just by being so nice to me. I would stay there again just because of him. I believe her name was Kenny, she was also very sweet and gave recommendations. Staff was amazing, room was clean, quiet, and had what I needed . Would definitely stay again.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Hotel Nova has truly been a blessing. Finding a place in the Bay Area that is clean, safe, and affordable feels almost impossible—usually “affordable” means you end up compromising on everything and staying somewhere disappointing. I have stayed at Hotel Nova a few time. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped with everything you need: a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The staff is kind and welcoming, and most importantly, I feel very safe and comfortable during my stay. And on top of all that, you really can’t beat the price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
